This is a special, unique fabric developed by UES, and incorporates extra-thick indigo rope-dyed denim yarns to enhance the texture and pattern created by the double-woven fabric. This weave uses a classic 3x1 twill structure to solidify the denim's texture and is woven on vintage power looms, which are able to successfully give this double-weave denim a soft hand without damaging the yarns or sacrificing texture.
