Studio D'Artisan's open-collar aloha shirts are crafted with high-quality Japanese fabrics, featuring fun, interesting designs that keep the styling just as light and breezy as the material. This one is made from an intricately printed ikat fabric that closely resembles a genuine woven ikat, designed to reproduce the artwork of Japan's famous "Choju-giga" picture scrolls, which date back to the 12th-13th century. Of course, SDA has differentiated the design with their own spin, including a few of their trademark pig characters throughout the pattern. The fabric is specially made for SDA by the only workshop in Japan capable of producing this unique printed material.
